Adam's Jewelry Center Inc. — Local services in Jefferson Township

The people in this company supporting the store and the online store are all very friendly and helpful. My grandmother makes frequent trips here to get her jewelry fixed, her watches adjusted, or just to see the new products. She takes photos of them to show to people who she might want to purchase something for. I have known the people working this store for a while now due to the frequency in which my grandma utilizes the services. The workers are always able to help her with anything she needs in terms of her jewelry and watches. She stops in all the time as it’s not appointment only, they rarely do any type of appointments actually and keep a doorbell next to the door for admission due to theft prevention and traffic flow reasons. It’s an overall great environment where the people in store will even offer water or some type of cool drink from the fridge to the mail man/woman on a hot day. They do actually have a variety of products for a variety of ages as I have actually often spotted certain things that I like while those older than me, like my grandmother, are also able to find and purchase something that fit their personal tastes and...

Horrible customer service!!! Rude to clients and they don’t care about what you have to say. The male jeweler that works in the back along with the females on the sells floor curse at you and talk bad about you amongst themselves. Extremely rude behavior and yell at their customers. Rings are extraordinarily overpriced and poor quality. The ring is falling apart and has been barely even worn. The making of the jewelry was very poor and even the jeweler in the back stated it was a very old ring. The ring had a stone that was glued on not even fixed or welded on. They wanted to charge me extra despite the mistake being theirs they wanted an extra one hundred dollars to fix the ring but my guess is I’m spending a $100 dollars for someone to just glue and cubic zirconia on for less than a 2 minute time period with super glue. Never go to this place it’s horrible and filled with rude faculty overpriced and poor quality jewelry. NEVER ever buying anything from this place and hope as well as advice for no one...

I took my jewelry & watches in for a simple repair & got a call the next day saying it was ready for pickup. Over the phone, I asked the woman helping me three separate times how much the repair would cost for everything. She gave me a clear price, which I confirmed again before heading to the store.

When I arrived to pick it up, they suddenly tried to charge me double what I was quoted. No explanation, no apology--just a "that's the price" attitude. This kind of bait-&-switch pricing is unacceptable & completely unprofessional. I felt misled & disrespected. The repairs turned out great, I just don't appreciate the false pricing.

I won't be coming back. Extremely expensive. Be very careful & make sure you get any price...
