Chopstick Express — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Not a bad place. Paid my first visit recently. Went and put an order for takeout a little after they opened at 1100. Was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait but it was more like a half hour, which is fine because it seemed like there were only 2 people in the back cooking including the person who took my order. The interior had 6 tables with 22 chairs. The tables and floor weren't wiped down too thoroughly. There were wares and trinkets sold by register - key chains, novelty pens, earrings, Russian nesting dolls, solar pathway lights, Sriracha, almond cookies, shoe charms, and other nicknacks.

The food was quite all right. Their eggrolls were decent, the Mongolian beef and fried rice were good, albeit just slightly too salty, and the pork lo mein and wontons were excellent. They were generous with the portions they served. The beef was cooked perfectly and complimented well with the onions, mushrooms, and scallions paired with it. The wontons were savory and juicy with a nice subtle spiciness to them that had me sweating. The lo mein was my absolute favorite and exceeded my expectations - sautéed with other garnishes aside from the roast pork. I'll be stopping by again and trying out their other menu...

By far my favorite Chinese place Of all time. The owner is so so soooo friendly, i have to have soft food so he always extra steams my veggies and my goodness is the food so good!!!!!! Also the BEST veggie egg rolls I've EVER had. Tried probably 80 percent of the menu and it's always delicious. Fast too and prices are outstanding, huge portions. Fried rice, steamed potstickers Szechuan wontons, Hunan chicken or beef, pepper beef, egg foo young, broccoli and chicken all my favorites but i have more, it's all so good and the leftovers are just as wonderful, i always make sure I have some for later cause it's addicting! Thank you so much chopstick Express, i will forever be a fan! Next time i swear I'll remember to take pictures of the amazing food i keep forgetting cause the minute i get it I'm so excited and just start inhaling it! Haha! Oh and yes they have awesome dinner and lunch combo deals, single orders have small and large choices so you can get a little if everything and awesome free egg rolls with purchase of 15$ or more they're so sweet i never have to ask anymore and they give you a lunar new years calendar too...
