I show up there at 10:20 am with my partner and baby and the door was closed. The sign says they are open at 10. It doesn’t mention by appointment only. I see if there is another door and then this lady opens the door and asks me if I had an appointment. I told her no. She then starts to question me if I knew the brand and how I found them, all while standing at the door. She seemed very annoyed that I interrupted their meeting. How was I supposed to know!? It says they are open at 10am!!!! So after awkwardly standing at the door for 3 minutes after her 21 questions, I ask her what the problem was.
