Mastermind Studios — Local services in Jefferson Township

I had a fantastic experience during my photoshoot session with Proshotya, and I’d rate the service a perfect 10/10. Upon arrival at the studio, she greeted me warmly and made sure I felt completely comfortable. She was very considerate and ensured I never felt rushed. My package included makeup, and Kayyboujee, the makeup artist, was also incredibly friendly and professional.

The studio's atmosphere was so positive, with music playing and great vibes all around. Now, as for the photoshoot, Proshotya was amazing—she was supportive and kept hyping me up the entire time. I tend to get nervous and struggle with posing, but she was great at suggesting different poses and ideas. She also showed me the pictures as we went along to make sure I was happy with them before moving on. The whole shoot didn’t take long, but I was extremely satisfied with the results.

After the shoot, I had the chance to meet the studio owner, who was also very welcoming. I received my photos in a timely manner, and when I tell you the pictures turned out BEAUTIFUL, I’m not kidding! I’ll definitely be returning to Proshotya for my next photoshoot—1000/10, from the communication to the service.

I had the BEST experience with Bryant and Cristina. The studio itself is just the best energy as soon as you walk in. Cristina asked for my makeup vision for this shoot, and she brought it to life better than imagined. Bryant made me feel very comfortable and made being in front of his camera so easy. It was an honor, really. & I have to give a shout out to another MUA who was at the studio that day.. Tyneesha , who so graciously applied my press on nails for me while I got my makeup done. She didn’t have to do it, but she did. & it was such a blessing. The other photographer at the studio that day, Candid.. he also kindly assisted in helping out on set as well. And again, didn’t have to. That just shows what kind of people you can expect to work with when booking with anyone at Mastermind Studios! Warm, welcoming, inviting, and best of all…they all slay the game...

Very bad business. Contradictory information I made the mistake of doing business through text. The employer says one thing and the employee says something different and even told me she has her own policy? After I asked questions and tried to arrange and set appointment for the pre event trial the makeup artist decided to decline to take the job. I was told that I couldn't get refunded my down payment because I was rude?! And they have a disclaimer. They didn't even have a bill or invoice I had to ask for it so I have a receipt of some sort. I had to call my bank to dispute the claim.
