So today my girlfriend orders breakfast from this place amd she gets 2 skillets, one with a side of pancakes and toast, and the other one with an extra egg. The first issue we had was the food was cold by the time it got to us... She ordered off postmates and we got charged $39. When the food arrived, we were missing a skillet and the toast and the driver just took off as soon as he handed me the food. After we realized there was food missing, we called the restaurant and the lady who answered was extremely rude and not helpful at all. She had an attitude on her as if we messed up the order when in reality they did... Instead of apologizing and offering to fix the issue, the lady said it wasnt their fault and pretty much hung up the phone. So after that, we tried contacting the driver but the phone number didnt work. Then we tried getting in contact with postmates customer service but theres no number to call either so we sent an email. They tried to "fix" the issue by refunding the money for the missing food instead of making and delivering it. Horrible customer service all around and the Hispanic lady who was on the phone should get written up or something.. sorry for the rant but my girl worked customer service for almost ten years and if she ever answered the phone with the attitude this lady had, she would have gotten fired...
Read moreI wish I could rate ZERO or less. First we were seated immediately then we waited 12 mins before our waitress arrived. We ordered coffee & 2 orders of Bacon & egg breakfast .15 mins later no food & I started searching for the waitress but she was nowhere to be found. 20 mins after we ordered our breakfast I realized that 3 tables around us had sat down after us & already been served their meals. My girl went to the front & spoke to a man who said he will investigate but food goes out in the order that it came in. After another 10 mins my girl noticed a couple getting served who definitely came in after us (15 min after us). We both walked to the front & explained that we had been there for 45 mins, ordered 30 mins earlier & got no response from the cashier. I asked for the manager and he never showed up. We left !!! No explanation, no apology, no nothing. The service here was deplorable. I firmly believe the waitress took a break and forgot her tables. Read moreCozy Corner its a great place to have family breakfast, however my wife, grandmother, and I had the felt that the service was not great. My wife's grandmother is 86 years old and she does have the appearance of her age. The waitress I felt that she did her job but missed a few points. For example, she was not rude but missed that customer service etique and she also did not suggest a senior menu as she allow us to order a regular plate. Plus the restaurant could have options for seniors because we asked for lactose free milk, or 2% milk but her reply was that the restaurant only carried whole and regular milk. Again, the restaurant is a great place to have family breakfast and their staff is great but the extramile in customer service can go a long way in business growth.
