I have been going here for many years and today was the worse experience that I had. My mother's steak was deplorable-it was a poor quality meat and with a tremendous amount of fat and the taste and texture of a leather shoe. What is worse that I requested for the meat (onlly the meat and not the entire plate) to be deducted as my mother could not eat it and the waitress was biligerent and refused to deduct it. I have been coming here for years. They have amazing Mexican food. My favorite are the Tortas. The Horchatas are out of this world. If I could add more stars I would. Also their signature Poncitlan Quesadillas with asada is fabulous. Served with a pile of sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo. Two hungry people can eat from it. I have been coming to this restaurant ever since I was 10 years-old. Everytime I would go I would pick Jamaica in large size because it tastes so good. I like how they have a great positive attitude and how they serve the food well and politely. I never had to complain about the food quality or any order mistakes because its hasn't happen to me.
