The staff here Dan does not have any follow thru. I went into the store on Monday March 13th to fax 6 pages and it continued to be busy. Dan told me he will call me to let me know if the fax went thru. Well he never called me. Then I called the store an hour later and spoke with Jessica. She told me the fax went thru. I told her that I would come in and pick up the fax confirmation in a day or two and asked her to set it aside for me. Today I go into the store Friday March 17th to pick up the fax confirmation. Dan waited on me and looked everywhere for it and said he could not find it. When I told him that I called back later that day on March 16th that a lady told me the fax went thru and that she would save the fax confirmation. Dan replied and said, that must have been Jessica and she is not here right now but that she will be in at 1pm and then he took my name and phone number and told me he would have her call me. Well I never received a phone call so I called at 5pm today and spoke with Jessica. She could not remember talking to me on Monday and then she told me that Dan had stepped out and that she would ask him and then she would call me back. I told her I was in earlier in the day and that Dan could not find the fax confirmation and told her he has no follow thru because she told me that Dan never even mentioned my call or issue.
