I can’t speak highly enough about the staff at this location. I deliver occasionally, and had an order to pick up. I had extra singles that I asked if they needed any, and they happpened to need some. Somehow in the process, I accidentally dropped between $150-200 cash, and didn’t realize it. As I was walking out the door, the waitress (I wish I knew the names of the waitress and the guy behind the counter) I hear “sir, is this yours?” And I turn around and see her holding a wad of cash, grabbed my wallet, and realized it was mine and I accidentally dropped it. I had no idea. She could’ve pocketed it, and I wouldn’t have noticed for who knows how long, as I don’t usually use cash and haven’t been able to deposit what I have. They even refused to accept anything in exchange for their honesty.

In all honesty, if she wasn’t honest, I probably would’ve had a break down when I noticed I lost it. The week of this incident was extremely rough on me, with losing $500 from my bank account, and not being paid $650 for work I did, which really set me back. Losing the money she found, would’ve sent me over the edge.

First off if i could put negative 5 stars i would. Here is my experience today 7/9/2024 . I have been eating here for about 20 years and had never had a complaint. I ordered food today. The soup I have ordered many times before without a problem. I took a sip of the soup and it tasted and smelled like raw sewage. I immediately started to dry heave. My wife agreed it smelled like raw sewage. I had another 4 people smell the soup and agree there was something very wrong and all agreed it smelled like sewage. I tried to call and explain what I received and I was written off with them telling me "Oh, we will refund you next time let us know." I brought the cup to the restaurant to make them smell it as well. He cringed when he smelled the soup as well and then started yelling at me like I was the problem. If you had a food service restaurant and that was brought to your concern, you should be worried, not defensive. He knew someone did something to my soup. Quite frankly I wish there was a better way to hold the entire staff accountable rather than writing this review but unfortunately it doesn't seem like there is. Never will I ever order from this place again, Friday night Jan 10th ordered a little after 6 o’clock, ordered 1 chicken parm sandwich 1 order of fries, and in order of chicken franchise, received a text that it will be delivered between 7:06-7:21 then a text that said between 7:28-7:43 we ended up calling cause it was 8 o’clock and they said it would be there soon, didn’t get here till 8:15, chicken parm was soggy and cold as well as my fries chicken franchise also cold as bricks, called wanted to speak to a manger let’s put on the phone with some Spanglish guy who I don’t believe is the actual manger and I complained about the cold food and he put up some sorry excuse to which I asked for a refund and he said I’ll give you credits and I was still speaking and this guy straight up hangs the phone up on me, you’ll never see me here and will always suggest people go elsewhere then this crap hole, I expect a refund and a call from a real manger, I spent 50...
