After reading reviews about the lady in the evening I decided to come early I checked in between 1230 and 1 o’clock pm the lady at the front desk on my right had a attitude did ask what the first number was it’s all kinds she says usually they tell u what it will start with not her . Don’t think she likes truck drivers . Calls back to shipping tell her to park on street so I did. 9:00 Pm I’m sitting on the street the only truck all day and night someone comes out from shipping are u waiting to get loaded yes I am he says the girl that checked me in never sent a email that I was there hmm guess that proves my point about not liking Truck drivers. I did get loaded fast and the girl in the evening was super sweet . Would give loader & lady in the evening a 5 star ⭐️ …. Word of advise wait till second shift cause first shift looks lazy 2 trucks were the only ones in the door . Lot of smoke breaks , Food delivery. All americold I have been to are super buzzy trucks in all doors in and out all day maybe send them to another facility for some hard...

9:15pm attempted to checkin at recievers, Beware all drivers this woman at night check in. Is a real piece of work. is unbelievable I cannot express enough how Very rude this checking staff was. Very uncaring and no ambition to help us with checking in. She will not even give you a hint what the correct po checkin number is. I have several on the BOL and even gave her a few more from broker but she would not even give you a first number what it should start with. She is very cold and has no understanding what a truck driver does daily. BOL she admits it for them and does deliver to them. But will not even help you find a number. Stop wasting my time. The lady on Atlas side was very nice, but the lady on the Amerigold side, has no customer service very blunt, rude, the other driver warned me before I went in. I said, good morning how are you? She said yeah, lol, and when I got my paperwork, I said have a nice day, no response. I know people have good days and bad days, and most people don't ask people how are they doing?
