I contacted Jefferson Current Electric at the beginning of June to ask for a quote on updating my fuse panel to a circut breaker panel. Matt was great, that day. He came very quickly and provided a quote via email. I responded stating that I would be out of town for a short time and would contact him when I returned. I contacted him on June 21 and asked to schedule a time for him to come complete the work. He said that he was very busy with work that needed to be done before the end of July for the school district. He said he would call me back to schedule an appointment around that time. He ask that I email his wife letting her know that I contacted him and he would call me back. I did this. It is now September 9 and I have not received a phone call back or an email. I know this may not have been a big job for him but it is unprofessional that I still have not heard from him. I have used Current Electric multiple times. John has been able to figure out some tricky issue I've had with my older house in Whitewater, including fixing issues created by one of the larger electrical service companies in the area. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He explains everything well and doesn't mind answering my questions, so I have a better understanding of the issue. Matt and John have been very respectful and easy to speak with. They have been able to fit me into their schedule quickly, even when it's a relatively small job. Pricing is very fair and reasonable.
