The owner is one of the coolest, funniest, and kindest people I’ve ever met in my life. The gym folk here are consistently some of the nicest and most approachable people I’ve ever met, and the culture here is dang good.

I never found a gym like Metroflex before where I can just be myself and train as hard as I want without worrying about petty things that don’t matter. I’ve been nothing shy of thankful for this gym and the amazing ownership it contains.

Great equipment and friendly staff. Reasonably priced day pass ($5) and pay by month. A more "hard core" atmosphere as opposed to a pristine franchise fitness center. Love the 24/7 access.
