Go into Subway on Thursday, order 5 over priced sandwiches. Fly #1 lands on bread. I have to tell the employee not to use that bread. Uh, that’s gross. She was super annoyed I didn’t want to use fly bread.

Now, the fly they have made no attempt at removing, lands on fully made sandwich and proceeded to walk all over the fully made sandwich. I tell unpleasant Subway worker I do not want that sandwich, her reply- “Well, there are flies in here”. Yes, there are. That doesn’t mean I want a fly on my food. I have been in the location once, the one employee at that time was friendly, and it was clean inside. Food has always been what you'd expect. HOWEVER - do not bother ordering delivery from this location. You are better off going in store. Two orders ago, we were missing an entire sub...contacted their customer care...got a response from the owner...and when I asked when I could come in for my "$10 refund" he simply never responded...and then my most recent order, they left out a drink, as well as one cookie from the cookie box.

If could put zero I would. Two days in a row this location has completely messed up my order. Today I sent my boyfriend because I'm working to order two salads. The cali Turkey and the cali steak. I wanted them with all the veggies advertised. The girl told my boyfriend that she didnt know what was on them so she gave us two salads with just the meat, cheese, avocado and lettuce. What is that? And then yesterday I had place an online order to be delivered by doordash. I had ordered 1 footlong wheat with steak, bacon, egg and cheese toasted. Nothing else on it. I was delivered a footlong on flatbread with literally just egg. And the sandwhich was cold.
