Hy-Vee Pharmacy — Local services in Jefferson

Very great nice employees (Roxeanne and Heather). My Dr.'s have tried to convince me to change to the other pharmacy. But, I try to remeber these ladies and John from the old store. They were good to my mother- in- law. The issues i have had here is meds. Are never ready alot of the time. Or they say they cant fill my meds. But when i call my insurance they tell me they can be. Filled. I have also had the tuf of war of the pharmacy telling me my dr. Hasn't sent the script in. But when i call my dr. Office they say they have sent it. And they say they sent 2 hrs. Ago to them. So when i call bk they say still dont have. Or when my husband checked on a medicine for me they say cant fill it yet. Then literally as soon as he gets home the pharmacy calls to say its in and i can pick it up now. Let me remind you we live 15 to...

Sometimes they are so busy that they don't have the time to chat... they are always rushed, but they also have always had my meds ready, sometimes before I call😊 maybe get them more help??? They are good at what they do and they always make sure I talk to the pharmacist if I have a new script. And also not everyone is smiley all the time.. but maybe that's because they are so busy.. and they're so busy because ALOT of people go there for their food and scripts... Can't be that bad if you have that many customers 😊 stay...

Waiting for pharmacy to open, employee walks up and asks if she can help us with anything we just say we are waiting for meds/it to open, she says snotty “well it’s going to be awhile!”

Like we understand, that’s why we are waiting? No reason to be rude about it, we weren’t expecting her to just jump right on it like she seemed to assume.
