BEWARE!! I am a veteran and was part of a veteran discount. My wife and I went in to inquire about a new phone for me as my current one was on its last leg. We were informed of a lease one get one promotion that was going on, and if we took advantage of that we could each get a new I-phone 8 plus the monthly payment would drop by almost $20. That was a no brainer so of course we agreed to do this. My wife wanted a white phone and they only had one black one, so I took the black one and she went in the next day to pick up the white one. THEN a month later the bill comes and it is over $80 higher!!! My wife went in and spoke to the manager and he assured her he would fix this immediately so she left. NOPE, the next bill came and was the same amount so my wife went back in and spoke to the manager again. He, again, assured her he would take care of it plus would lower the payment to even more than was agreed upon and would call her when he had this done. Surprise! no phone call EVER. Continually myself or my wife would go in, and continually were told by the owner and manager we would receive a call each time and NOPE never a call EVER. Finally we called Sprint directly and were told that the LOGO they gave us expired the day we got the first phone so the second one did not apply. Not to mention that since they had us sign a new contract the veterans discount was gone and I was grandfathered in (Been with Sprint for 9 years) since it was discontinued. You people are liars and could care less about your customers as evidence by the 14 YES 14 times I was promised a phone call with a resolution, but never received even 1 call back after leaving your store. You should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of a 9 year...

Told her 3 times what phone we wanted and she comes out with the wrong phone and turns it on. Now we have to jump through hoops to get what we asked for the first 3 times. On top of that. She holds a phone for me, I told her I'd be back for it Saturday. Call Friday to see if she still has it and nope! Let someone else walk out with it. Not even a customer, another store! Then they tell my wife she can exchange hers at another store but the other store says she has to return it to Jeffersonville storebefore they can do ANYTHING. 3 days later and she still doesn't have the phone she originally asked for. Whoever is running this store, get it together already. How you going to have a new person working by themselves? She obviously needs training, or more...

There was only 1 employee there and the second thing out of their mouth was "im new so bear with me i dont know what im doing" i said i want to upgrade my phone and add a tablet. So she called her manager on the phone and i guess they were gonna walk her through everything. I asked about a promation that was going on right now and i said "do you know what im talking about?" And she said no. I politely told her i was just gonna go to the clarksville store. I knew it was already gonna be a hastle.
