I am not generally one to complain or make a fuss but this really bothered me. I pulled up to this store Thursday 9/27/2018 @ 9:12pm. I work six days a week 10:30pm - 630am and this pizza was going to be my dinner and lunch. There were two cars in the drive through ahead of me. Eight minutes later I was at the window and I order an Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni Pizza and a 20oz Cherry Pepsi @ 9:20pm (Order # 82 457). Pretty basic and pretty common order one would think. I was told it would be 8 - 10 minutes and to go wait and come back through the drive thru. I waited eight minutes and notice two more cars had gotten in line so I decided to go ahead and get in line since I knew I was going to be waiting in the drive thru again. The elderly lady in the car in front of me got out of here car and went inside and said something and returned to her car. The car at the window left the line I'm assuming to circle the building and the elderly lady went to the drive thru window with me behind her. She handed them her card and they handed her a pizza. I thought to myself "I hope that wasn't mine". I get to the window and they told me it's going to be another 3-5 minutes. Knowing it would surely take longer I tell them I have to go to work that I cannot wait any longer and that I would not circle the building again. I asked for a refund. The drive thru window employee got the shift lead I'm assuming and she asked if I paid cash or card. I said "card". She didn't ask for the card. She then handed me a receipt @ 9:38pm and explained to me that it would take 2-3 days before the refund hit my account. I later pull into work and review the receipt and THEY REFUNDED THE WRONG CARD. I AM NOT REGINA ------- (ORDER # 82 460 SEQUENCE# 001-15810-0). So the kind lady got my pizza and I even paid for it. I was fuming mad then. Read moreI normally do not write reviews. But i have seen so many negative reviews, i felt compelled to author a review based upon my experience.
I placed an online multiple 6-pizza order several hours ahead of time of my pick-up. I was planning an event and timing was important. Because of the negative reviews, i arrived a bit (15 minutes or so) early in cases something was amiss. As it turns out, my concern was completely unfounded.
When i arrived my order was already being worked. It was completed on time, perhaps a minute or two early. Everything was cooked properly without issues.
The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Because of the queue in the drive-through i opted to go inside the store, even though my online i had said i would use the drive-through. (BTW - there are way too many lazy a$$ people using drive-through these days. Majority of americans seem to be fat and lazy - seriously there is no excuse for a solo able-bodied person to use a drive-through!!!).
i have severe mobility issues and can only handle one pizza at a time which is why my preference for this visit was initially to use drive-through. Despite being very busy, the staff volunteered to bring the order to my vehicle when it was ready. Since there was nowhere to sit inside, i waited in my vehicle. The staff promptly and politely brought my order to me when it was ready.
Kudos to the entire staff.

Read moreI walked in ordered a pepperoni pan pizza add italian sausage and onion the girl misunderstood what I said since when the order was ready she did not repeat pepperoni. I told her I wanted to add the other toppings in addition and it was a misunderstanding. She told the manager who told her to tell me that he would add the pepperoni to the already made pizza. I told her no and she got him to talk to me. I explained it was a misunderstanding I will pay for the extra topping since I had already paid cash for the pizza and have the pizza remade, not recook the same pizza and burn pizza to add the topping. He said he could not add to his waste count so I told him then I want my money refunded. He refunds the money. I asked his name he said it is John Smith. I told him now not only do you have a wasted pizza but you lost a sell with 3 toppings because you refuse to make it. I then called Clarksville Little Caesars, ordered it and picked up the pizza I wanted. I also was going to order breadsticks and sauce for the free soda if he would of done what he should of done over a honest mistake, so even more money lost. I just ordered ex sauce at the Clarksville location instead though once there since I drove out of my way and lost some appetite over the nonsense.
