Five Below — Local services in Jenks

went here while shopping at the mall and was absolutely SHOCKED by the state the bathroom was in. Came in on a Wednesday and this is what i was greeted with when i went to relive myself. Absolutely disgusting place and is so understaffed it took me 20 minutes to get through the line. Not to mention all the shirts in the beauty section were just thrown all over the place and looked like they hadn’t been touched ever since the place opened. Need to hire more people ASAP or this place is gonna get run into the ground. May also pick up some toilet cleaner...

Horrible customer service not to mention being so incredibly understaffed. Took over 15 minutes to get through the lines most of the isles have stuff trashed all over them making it hard to walk though some. Came here with my family and we were all just to appalled at how unkept and messy the place was. Definitely need to get better management or hire some cleanup people. Being a new store i figured it would be better kept then most but unfortunately its not. Wouldn’t waste...

5 stars for customer service My little baby and I were having a bad time running errands and the staff who helped us out was very kind and friendly.
