It was a nice day for a brisk walk at Haikey Creek Park. A little cool a little windy, but beats the 100-degree summer days. I had to bribe my wife to get her out on the trail. Today the bribe was a coffee at The Coffee Grinder in Jenks. This is a very nicely decorated shop with a relaxing atmosphere. Regular tables and chairs, stools, comfortable easy chairs and a couch. Colorful art work covers every wall. A small bakery and kitchen occupy a portion of the store. You can grab a stool and watch the activity through the glass window. My wife commented on the way home that she saw a blueberry something or other pastry, that may require a trip back. It appears to be a family operation. The very nice lady behind the counter made me a perfect Mocha. My wife ordered a hazelnut latte. What my wife and I both liked about the drinks was the smooth coffee and the right amount of flavoring. Neither drink was overloaded with syrup. We sat for a while enjoying the ambiance and sipped our coffees. Adjoining the coffee shop is DUTCH Dispensary. I just wanted to throw that information out there because you might see a “Roach,” if you know what I mean. You can enter the dispensary from the coffee shop, if you are in need of medication to counter and mellow the effect of the caffeine in the coffee. I am guessing that both stores are owned by the same folks that have the coffee shop. The very positive reviews on Google and Yelp document the many reviewers’ enjoyment of the coffee. The coffee is fantastic, but you do have to consider the fact that they may have gone to the dispensary first. It is a great coffee shop….try it. & that wraps...

I stumbled upon The Coffee Grinder and immediately knew I’d found a new favorite spot. This place has everything you could want in a neighborhood café—and then some.

I ordered an oat milk cold brew and WOW. It was smooth, bold, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, just the way I like it. You can tell they take their coffee seriously here, and it shows.

The baked goods were just as impressive. They also have a fantastic lunch menu too!

But what really sets The Coffee Grinder apart is the vibe. The space is cozy and inviting, with local art decorating the walls. There’s a shelf full of board games if you want to stay and play, and best of all—they support local animal rescues! They help find forever homes for adoptable cats, and if you’re lucky, you might even spot a sweet kitty lounging around while you sip your coffee.

The staff is friendly, the music is great, and the entire space feels like a warm hug. Whether you’re working remotely, catching up with a friend, or just looking for a place to relax, The Coffee Grinder is the kind of place you’ll want to keep coming back to.

Come for the coffee, stay for the good vibes—and maybe fall in love with a rescue cat while...

Wow! This is a great place. The comfy feeling you get when you walk in is amazing! Whether you are in a hurry or want to take your time the service is knowledgeable and quick. It took us a while to look over the drinks menu and that was just fine by me. Irish cream soda with strawberry syrup for the both of us and it was the right choice on a hot day. We ordered the chicken bacon ranch and it was outstanding! The pricing is what you would expect from a small business and it is worth every penny. The short amount of time out order took to get to our table we were able to look at some of the handmade art and other goods they offer in the store from local artists. They had an area with a couch and games, a large screen with another seating area and a bistro table area which we sat at. They have a piano and I'm told on certain evenings they bring in music. They even had a place for kittens or cats for adoption from an Animal Shelter. We spoke with the owner briefly and the feeling of community he has is outstanding. This place is so fantastic we will definitely be eating...

Updated, November 2023: Trevor & crew are working hard to make the Grinder a true neighborhood spot. Delicious drinks, gluten free baked goods, live music, theme nights, local art and artisans, plus of course the 420 friendly patio we all know and love. Did I mention the absolute best pumpkin spice cold foam anywhere??? Previous review: Oh, I am SO GLAD to have my Jenks coffee shop back again. The second Gypsy location closed down at the end of 2022, and now the business is re-open as The Coffee Grinder. It's still attached to Eufloria and is very friendly towards the medicated community. The coffee drinks are MUCH better than the sadly declining coffee at Gypsy when it was still open. Trevor and his crew are super sweet and working hard to make this a good spot. There's been a refresh of the interior, a lot more seating, and no annoying TV blaring anymore. Absolutely a great spot to work remotely or just hang out after visiting Dutch next door.

We love this place and we're so thankful to have a sweet coffee and matcha spot here in Jenks that's locally owned! The owners love dogs, so it's friendly for them inside and outside on the patio. Pro tip: the owner will make free pup cups with bacon! Our dogs loved it! Service is great and the pastries are delicious. We tried an Italian cream soda that wasn't too sweet and hit the spot on a really muggy and hot day. Definitely give this place a try! Plenty of seating both inside and out!
