Tulsa Premium Outlets — Local services in Jenks

The stores themselves are fine, however the entire outlet as whole is where the problems arises. My biggest issue is that the signs on the outside of the building do not correspond where the store is at all, an example being the sign for hot topic was to the left of where I walked into the outlet at, however hot topic was on the right side of where I walked in. And lack of restaurants was an odd choice, so if you don’t eat beforehand be ready to cut your shopping trip short to leave and go get food. The maps also are just giant ads you have to click on first, so if you weren’t aware of that be prepared to be lost and not have any idea on how to get around. The big plus is that there aren’t as many of the little kiosks like in a regular mall so you aren’t being asked to buy some counterfeit items...

Awful place, customer service is terrible. I ordered 5 different dishes, we were 5 people party . They brought the order with two dishes in just on plate without letting as know about. When I asked about the missing dish in my order they asked me to go to see the cashier with the recipe once she confirmed I paid for an extra taco, she said I will go and check at the kitchen . Later on she came back saying both tacos were on the same plate. No one apologize for the inconvenient , no one say Sorry for the mistake. No respect at all for the client. The food taste was bad and lack of drinks flavor, just one dispenser machine with ice tea and two flavors pops only. Really bad option. I think that place has only survived there because there is no other place to go to eat other than 3 food trucks they...

Overall I'd say this is a nice outdoor mall. I will agree that there is seemingly little in the way of typical outlet sales and prices, but we did find a few good deals.

We went on a weekday, so parking wasn't bad, but I can see how it would get tight on a weekend, and the holidays there will be brutal.

I gave 4 star due to lack of food options. There is Aunti Anne's for their typical, Tea Bear for teas and Boba, and then just Las Cabos tiny kitchen for a place to sit and eat, but they were pretty expensive since they know they are the only option.
