Customer Service in this branch...worst! Went there to pick up a promo box and I was told naubusan daw sila... Ilang minuto akong nakatayo and asking baka meron sila dyan kahit isa lang kasi pick up na nang boxes ko the next day (may promo deadline...free small box with 2 BB boxes...) paulit ulit pareho sila ( 2 women) saying "naubusan po kami" ni walang banggit na umorder na po kami at least man lang bigyan ka nang idea na may ginawa sila...I asked them paano yung promo? Wala akong makitang box nyo na sakto sa dimension nila.. Ang pagkakasabi saakin eh ok lang naman daw pick up nila nang hiwalay yung maliit na box within the promo pa din basta daw may ref ako on or before Sept 11 (end of the promo).will not forget that kasi talagang yun ang concern ko...kaya when they said that, umalis ako thinking na ok lang di makasama bukas sa pick up yung maliit kasi pwede naman palang kunin nang hiwalay..nagkataon lang kasing naubusan sila nang box... But because I really want to make sure eh tumwag ako sa LBC 1800 number nila to double check and hindi naman pala ganun ang siste! And tinanong ako kung sino daw ang nagsabi and sabi ko kagagaling ko lang sa JC branch nyo...and I was told na they will contact the branch daw.. After ko sila makausap..tumawag ulit ako sa JC branch na ito to tell them na nakausap ko yung LBC CS and hindi naman pala daw confirmed yung ganun..to pick up the small box separately...tapos biglang bago na sila nang kwento... Kesyo hindi daw ganun ang sinabi nila... Not sure if tinwagan sila nang LBC Main ofc nila or what but they told me on the phone a totally different story..:totally diff information...then over sa phone sinabi nila na "tumawag po kami ngayon sa warehouse and nalaman ko po na magdedeliver po sila mamayang hapon ng mga boxes" at baka pa daw yun kasi minsan daw eh kahit may order eh hindi umaalis ang driver nila para magdeliver...ano yun?! nung nandyan ako eh ni walang mention na tumwag na sila for the boxes..paulit ulit lang sila na "naubusan po kami" may promo sila hindi ba dapat on top of things sila supplies nila??? sabi ko sa kanila kaninang nandyan ako ni hindi nyo man lang ako binigyn nang idea man lang na umorder na kyo basta paulit ulit lang kyo na naubusan kayo while attending to your other business...may customer sa harap nyo and patuloy kayo sa pagpindot nang keyboard nyo at di man lang kayo magset ng time to talk properly sa customer sa harap nyo..seems to me na they think after they say "naubusan po kami nang boxes" tapos na ang usapan...they just can't wait for the customer to leave! And when sinabi ko nandyan lang ako kanina and ni wala silang binanggit man lang na tumawag na sila at umorder ng boxes eh biglang sagot saakin "kailangan pa bang sabihin ko sainyo?" Aba naman! natural! Naghahanap ako nang box eh! Atleast man lang bigyan nyo ako nang idea na may paparating na..at paparating (baka pa) mamayang hapon! At kung ganun man eh tatwag ako sa phone nyong madalas magring lang at kapag sinuwerte eh may sasagot to ask kung may dumating na na box para dayuhin ko ang branch nyo to pick up a box...hindi yung panay lang kayong sabi ng naubasan kayo...bottom line..cancelled my pick up tomorrow and resched for the 16th...before then eh may box na sila and was told kasama pa din ito sa promo kahit after Sept 11 ang pick up...and this should better be! Yun pa, eh di sana sinabi nalang nila na first hand na magparesched ako nang pick up kung talagang di pwede mahiwalay yung maliit ba box sa 2 BB boxes...pero that was never even mentioned...sinabi nlang saakin ng JC Branch na ito iyon over the phone after ko pumunta sa kanila...kung nagbigay lang talaga kayo nang time to explain sa customer nyo properly ang policy and guidelines nang promo nyo eh di sana tapos na... Ang information na binibigay nyo installment..paisa isa and hindi precise! Kapag nagreklamo ka na saka sila mageexplain in details... worst customer service! And by the way, ok ang drivers nila..twice na nagpick up dito saamin and both dumating on the specified time and mga courteous... i give credit where...

I love the Saturday staff Wilma and Maria Isabel. I send a lot of air packages sa Pinas weekly, I usually go Saturday and my experience has been great, maganda customer service nila. Very accommodating and friendly si Wilma at Maria Isabel. I am sure other days are equally the same. I used to be kabado if the service is good, or if the packages would make it to pinas but have been using LBC for the past 6 mos now with more than 30 packages a month and i've never had a problem. Minsan delay pero may time din na ang bilis dumating ng packages but mostly on time. I will continue using LBC and going to this branch.

They stole my box and I will heal with them in USA Staten han here because there is no reliable justice here . All are corrupted to the teeth. My box missing and things missing in the box received will paid in full not the insurance on my box. They are all thieves. I wait for 4 months before receiving by force my one box and the second one is no where Tobe found. The pain and suffering caused will be awarded. They are messing up with the wrong guy. My name is Date Akayi and I sent 2 boxes by sea on September 04 and pair in full the Two boxes .I will deal with them properly to show them that I am not one of the them...
