Dairy Queen (Treat Only) — Restaurant in Jersey City

Dear whomever this may concern, I recently went to this location on July 4th 2022 around 10:00pm and ordered two products ( Royal New York cheesecake blizzard and a Oreo blizzard). I feel there is something wrong with the soft ice cream machines because every time I order a blizzard or a cone it is always melted and dripping as soon as I take two steps to the car. I am very disappointed this is the issue every time I order from this location. There must be an issue with the ice cream machine getting the ice cream cold enough before the ice cream is dispensed out. Also this location does not have cheesecake bites and has not for a while. This is false advertisement. There are descriptions on the menu stating the royal New York cheesecake blizzard ingredients are vanilla ice cream, cheesecake bites and strawberries. I would like to hear from someone about my concern as this is really upsetting...

I grew up in jc and I always loved the dairy queen on Westside so whenever I'm in jc I stop by. Two weeks ago I took my son there we both got two oreo blizzards on the way going home. As I just started to eat mines a long black hair was in it I immediately turned around to go back as my son was eating his he found a hair coated in ice cream. When I returned it the older guy behind the counter was a jerk saying he don't serve ice cream with hair and his team don't have black hair. I immediately said to him I have blond hair so where could this came from. He only reimbursed me for 1 ice cream saying he don't do refunds. And had the nerve to ask me do I still want the ice cream. I will never visit this place again and I informed all family and friends about...

I love it here! Long lines but they go by so quickly. The manager is awesome and makes sure there is always enough people on for those warm summer days. This Dairy Queen has been here for well over 25 years and it will always be one of my favorite places. The location has a large parking lot and it’s always clean. The manager even comes out to make sure the garbage cans aren’t overflowing and there isn’t any trash laying around. I always get the vanilla sundae with strawberries and wet walnuts. A M A Z I N G treat! They also make the best strawberry milkshakes. I always go here to get a ice cake for a family gathering or anniversary dinner. You’ll never be disappointed when...
