Dentist On Jones Rd — Local services in Jersey Village

I was a patient here for about 20 years. I always thought I had terrible teeth. I would get at least 2 cavities at every appointment and always on the same teeth. I moved to another dentist and they told me all my fillings were too thin and small and I was getting new cavities at every appointment because the old fillings were causing the cavities to come back. They redid my fillings and now I don't have cavities every appointment anymore. My sister also went to the dentist on Jones road for ~20 years and she has experienced the same thing.

The employees here are kind and gentle and the prices are cheap which is why I didn't give 1 star. I would recommend they look into why this is happening so it doesn't happen to other patients...

I had some traumatic experiences as a child going to the dentist, as an adult I have seen several dentists and never found a home until Dr Rich! The office is warm and inviting, I honestly could live there. I have had root canals and fillings along with 6 month checkups, I have never had an issue or felt ANY PAIN with ANY procedure. I quit taking my daughter to a pediatric dentist and moved her to Dr Rich with me, we've both been patients for years. The whole staff is awesome, Dr Rich herself is down to earth, doesn't try to force or shame you into anything you don't feel comfortable with. Make an appointment, you won't be sorry! I’m giving this place two stars instead of one because the staff is great. They’re all very friendly and patient. But the actual services rendered were not good. I had several fillings fall out within a day or two. I had to go back several times to get them repaired and then to get them filed down more. A couple of the fillings were between teeth and they drilled out HUGE spaces between my teeth that now catch food every time I eat. Their offices are not open on Fridays and they often close early on Thursday. I’ve also called before and got a message that they were closed “for inclement weather”—it was only raining...??? Definitely do...
