I ordered online at 12:55 pm the app gave me an estimated delivery time of within 45 to 60 minutes. At 1:37 I got a text it was out for delivery and would be to my house within 25 minutes. We waited till 2:15 I called the location, the first time I called, she called the driver he told her he just turned on my street he would be there shortly. We waited another 15 minutes called again no answer. I continued calling but had to press 1 for ordering to get an answer. If I pressed to speak to someone I was just disconnected every time. The person answering the phone said they would transfer me to the manager. At this point it was 3 pm and still no pizza when he was suppose to be turning on my street at 2:15 pm. I called to just cancel the order it was a 70 dollar purchase we were starving I just wanted my money back to buy something else. The manager never picked up the phone when I did get in touch with customer service they told me a manager would call me back which guess what they never did. I called my bank to dispute the charges since I never received the pizza. At 4:12 pm my neighbor called me saying when they got home my pizza order was on there door step. The moron driver delivered to the wrong address. My pizza order had been sitting outside for over 2 hours until my neighbor got home and saw it. I know for a fact they had the right address. I verified it on the app and every time I called I verified it over the phone. It even had my correct address on the ticket attached to the pizza 13406 but he put it on 13404 doorstep. Read moreI'm visiting my parents here in Cypress. I order pizza Sunday night. It takes over an hour to get to the house. The only reason there's 2 stars is for how apologetic and kind the delivery driver was. He said gps took him way out of the way (past PH delivery zone) then eventually got here. It happens. He said he'd already spoken with the manager on duty and I could call and get my order resent and delivered for free since it took over an hour. I didn't feel well I just wanted to eat and go to bed, hence ordering pizza. The next morning I called, explained what happened. The manager on duty didn't want to listen to me. He said he would have to call the employees and check. He said he'd call me back that day. I knew he wasn't listening to me because I had to repeat and correct my phone number 3 times. He never called. I called back Tuesday. He said oh I didn't forget I just got busy. On a Monday afternoon. Okay. Then he said there's nothing he can do since it was delivered. There was a miscommunication with managers and workers. A note wasn't left apparently or this manager chose not to honor it. He said the delivery driver has no authority to tell me I can get something free and doesn't know what he's talking about. He was extremely rude. I'm his tone, and the way he spoke about his employees. Finally getting gave me a partial, very partial discount. He wanted to apply w discount for my next pizza. After a long busy weekend, my boyfriend and I ordered s pizza last night around 10:30pm, it said the order would take approximately 25-30 minutes. After 11:15 the order had not arrived, still trying to stay patient we made a phone call to the store, they said it was out for delivery and should be there with in 15 minutes. At 11:50 we decided to call the 1-800 number to see if there was anyway to get in touch with the driver, she apologized and said no. They said we could request a refund and see what happens. She was as helpful as she could be, but there wasn't much she could do. The pizza finally arrived at 12:10am. We asked them if it was still hot, he said yes, of course we started to eat it and it was cold. Seeing how we ordered it over an hour and half ago at this point. Extremely upset that after how long we waited we were left with a cold pizza. We contacted the store today to express our concerns that we were upset with the delivery time and the quality of the pizza, they seemed unconcerned and did not care because all that mattered was our pizza was delivered. All we wanted was at least a replacement pizza or anything for the inconvenience and dissatisfaction. I will not be ordering from this location ever again. I am loyal customer to Pizza Hut and order pizza multiple times a week and month and have never had an issue as we did with this new location we had to use because of moving.
