Horrible experience here, customer service after purchase is unacceptable and unprofessional. Furniture was not safely put together if you want your toddler bed falling apart a week later shop here. After calling to report the issue I was told the guy that put my furniture together was new with the company and the issue will be sent over to the owner.. still as 8/9/21 this company never responded back or fixed the issue they sent out two guys to assemble my furniture the older guy with the company did great the newest guy as mentioned from there horrible customer service lady through text did a horrible job on the items he put together , very disappointing after spending so much money on horrible assembling. Will be sticking with my original furniture company from now on that provides great customer service and assemble items that’s safe to use. Will be reporting this company to the BBB. Do...

The service at Fiorella’s Furniture was amazing! They were extremely patient and understanding of my family’s wishes when it came to a new dining set. I was shown many options until I finally decided on one. They were kind, professional and wonderful to work with. Everything was so easy! They were very punctual for the delivery and took extra care to not damage my walls and floor while they set up my new table. Everything was done with the utmost care. They carefully assembled every piece of furniture , it was so worth it! I had a horrible experience with Rooms To Go. I had to return a dining set THREE TIMES and each time it was damaged. Y’all, don’t sleep on this furniture store! Their selection is stunning, and the customer service is top-tier. I originally came in looking for a dining set to stage a home—something that I could eventually bring into my own space too. Paula took amazing care of me. She was super knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I envisioned.

Here’s the best part: the home went under contract in less than 12 hours after we posted the professional photos! Everyone kept commenting on how beautiful the space looked—and now the client wants to keep the set. So we’ll likely be buying another one!
