Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Texas

This review is specific to the one in Veterans across the street from Kroger... They suck! 3 orders- all wrong Wanted bacon on 2 of them- they were out of bacon Out of drink holders Paid for a drink I didn't order because the girl said her Manager wasn't there to fix the bill and she mistakenly rang me up for this drink. Went all the way back to get my burger, and they try and tell me about another person's order. What does this have to do with mine though?? I asked if the manager was back since they weren't there before and she said yes, so I asked to speak with them. He came out, heard my story and agreed to bring me another burger. While we were talking I explained that the burgerless bag had my chili cheese tots... I had ordered them with extra cheese but instead they put extra chili so can you fix this too? He agreed. What I ended up with, was a cold burger patty, they just threw a slice of cheese on it, and the tots were cooked in the oldest Grease ever kept in a restaurant .. but they did have the extra cheese I asked for. Too bad I couldn't enjoy them due to the flavor of the OLD Grease. I might add that the tots on the other orders I had were fine and didn't taste like my replacement tots so I'm certain this was done...

Waited over an hour for my food, while somebody pulled up two stalls over after I did, got just as much food as I did, and got their food before I did. It wasn't until fifteen minutes after I got their attention again to ask for an ETA that I got my food, minus a drink. When the carhop, who was deeply apologetic, returned with the drink, we went to drive off, but, before we did, I decided I wanted a sip of my strawberry limeade (without green apple, which they discontinued!) but the cup exploded at the slightest pressure from my hand! Walked up to the door at this point with half a cup of limeade, the other half having exploded all over my front seat, phones, and myself (shirt stained). Boy came to the door and replaced it without question but didn't offer any extra napkins to clean even myself up, much less my car. Luckily, I keep lots of the extra napkins other places give, though I'm still coming across sticky...

I showed up at this location at approximately 10:30 pm to order 3 ice cream cones for me and my two disabled children. After waiting for 5 minutes for someone to answer the intercom, I smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from the back where I was parked in a stall. I saw 3 teenage male employees smoking weed behind the store. When I asked them if anyone was inside to answer they began laughing at me and calling me various racialslurs. I can take insults towards me but they also began to taunt my two children to which they started screaming/crying in terror. I pulled around to another stall to get a better look to see what was going on inside and I saw two employees having sex out in the open. I finally was able to place my order and one employee came out to pummel 3 ice cream cones filled with vanilla ice cream at my car. I will not be returning to this location in the...
