Maytena Bakery #5 — Restaurant in Texas

I have been coming to this bakery for a while now, and they were good until a couple of cake orders back . They either misspelled names , have me dry tres leches cake , or different flavor cake all around,or didn’t have it ready at the time we asked for it to be ready . Not sure if it changed owners or what . Ordered my mother a birthday and Valentine's cake (it was heart shaped) the day before (Valentine's). I was overwhelmed with joy and hunger when I layed eyes on the delicious Tres Leches Cake (costed $30 for 15 to 20 people with toppings and fillings costs extra). My mom always comes to this bakery for years since 2015 or maybe 2017 because is very close to where we live. I know she mentioned that lately they had not been making her cakes good.
