Whataburger — Restaurant in Jersey Village

Mj ( Manager),is Rude & unprofessional.On yesterday @ 1:33pm order# 294979. Mj took my order at the front counter. I requested that I wanted the spicy chicken dropped fresh. She mumbled some words, and gave the cook a old chicken that had been sitting there for idk how long. I said I asked for a fresh chicken. Mj immediately got and attitude and said people always wanna tell you what to do? I said are you talking to me? She Said no, but continued to talk trash. She dropped the chicken and pulled one chicken before the timer,  with 2:52 remaining.  She then went to the kitchen and told the cook something. I also witnessed her taking French fries that where already in a box and re dipping them in the fryer. When my order was ready She was about to give me the same redipped fries. I then said I will wait on fresh ones. She smaked her lips and rolled her eyes and continued to talk trash about me to the other workers on drive thru and kitchen. When I received my order I checked the sandwich. The bun  was burnt and soggy as if the cook had made it previously. The chicken was not fully cooked! It was slime and still reddish. Mj saw me looking at the sandwich and asked the cook did you put pickles? I wanted to ask for a fresh sandwich,  but I decided to file a complaint instead. I threw the sandwich away. I refuse to get sick on behalf of Mj not cooking the spicy chicken sandwich fully. This is the second time that Mj has been rude, unprofessional, and racist towards me! Previously she cursed me out in the Drive thru, tried to get a police officer to try and make me move and again all over a Spicy chicken sandwich. Mj needs to understand that if a customer is requesting for fresh food and is willing to wait, then what is the problem? She needs to Also understand that without customers she would not have a job! After the way I was treated I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! AS A MANAGER SHE SHOULD KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS AND HOW TO PROPERLY...

This place was a nightmare from the minute I pulled in the driveway. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, positioning my vehicle in front of the lobby door. There were at least 6-8 customers inside with 26mins til closing, which prompted an attempt to instead use the lobby to order, but walking up to open the door, a security guard locks the door and says they're closed to go to the drive-thru. After waiting 14mins just to get to the order menu, I am trying to tell my order to the lady on the speaker and for some reason she keeps getting my order wrong, there were no loud noises nor were was I speaking poorly, it was like she wasn't even listening and she was just guessing what I was saying. Finally, my order is placed, incomplete, but placed...30 more minutes pass waiting to get to the window. When the cashier opens the window, she doesn't even know which order is mine. Her and another lady finally I guess found our order, which came out to a little under $50. All I had was $100 bills, so I pass it to her and she looks confused. "You don't have anything smaller?" I didn't, luckily, my friend in the car with me had just enough to cover it for me. This meant I had to make another stop after to break the bill to pay my friend back and she didn't even order any food. They give us the drinks which are so over filled they are spilling out the closed lids. Then we end up waiting 10 minutes for them to hand us 1 bag of food and say thats it. Of course I check the bag and I was missing a whole meal and 3 other items. They were rude and still ended up forgetting 1 other thing which I noticed when I got home. The order was wrong, food was cold and I am still missing a whole entree'. This experience here was just awful. I wouldn't recommend this location. They need some serious issues they need to...

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR VIA APP FOR PICKUP !!! Whataburger is a fam fave BUT was less than happy with our decision to try this option for the first time last nite (4/29). Curbside pickup at this local is NOT AVAIL. (Placed online order at 8:08 pm and arrived at 8:16 pm to pickup order which was ready). With over a dozen vehicles in line, I called and asked for curbside and was told yes, our order was ready BUT we had to wait in the drive-thru line like everyone else because curbside was not available, so without another option that's what we did.

By the time we got to the drive thru window 20+ mins. later, I was handed a disheveled bag of cold fries, soggy burgers and hot drinks, the sweet tea which we ordered was the only thing that was temp hot (apparently they just made it).

Spending $40+ on COLD & SOGGY burgers and fries was not enjoyable to say the least. I should have requested them to remake my food then and there but they were so busy they practically threw my food at me and shut the window. INEDIBLE & HIGHLY...
