Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jersey Village

Had the worst experience ever here today order was fine until I got home and set down with my family to eat dinner I got a call asking when was I coming to pick my order up I stated I had already got my order and then was asked did I pay for it I told them my meal had been paid for and I hung up and proceeded with my meal and then my phone was called back to back to back by FRANK the manager and he was extremely rude and started accusing me of stealing and saying I needed to come pay for my meal so I went up there with receipt in hand and asked to speak directly with him he came out and I showed him my reciept and instead of apologizing for the mix up he proceeded to tell me how i was at fault for hanging up on him and blamed the cashier for his mistake she wasnt rude he dosent know how to talk to people and instead of doing his role as a manager and exausting all other options he thought it best to call me a customer who had paid and had proof of payment and accuse me of stealing which whould of been impossible due to the fact that they had to hand the pizza to me from the back in the first place I don't ever right these type of reviews but ive never been so mistreated as a paying patron and I hope that the right person sees this and gets rid of the virus FRANK he's rude impolite and dosent deserve his postion if he cant take care of his customers who spend money where he makes money there is no excuse for what I went through and from his mouth that's how hes done it for 11 years and that's how he's going to keep doing it I refuse to ever spend my money at this establishment as long as FRANK works there or any other place I see him working I will be calling corporate and I hope anyone else who has had an experience with FRANK does the same he...

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I usually go pick up our pizza from the location on Spring Cypress since it's technically closer, but I've had a long day and didn't want to drive. Ordered online as always selected delivery for pepperoni lovers, cinna sticks, cheese sticks. Got the pizza an hour later and it had no pepperonis. Thankfully the delivery driver had called before she got here so I had her number & called back. She apologized came back to the house & called her "manager". As with other reviews Frank answered and proceeded to tell me that that's how I ordered it!? A pepperoni lovers no pepperoni? Ok so I tell him that I did not order it that way and ask who would do that. He said it happens all the time 😐 anyway I ask him to make another pizza and he says sure but it will be an hour and a half wait. Why when you guys messed up my order? He tells me I messed up the order (apparently my email conf Is wrong) and says that if I want another pizza I'll have to wait. All the while yelling at me and accusing me of not ordering properly. Wow! The delivery driver hung up the phone because she was so embarrassed. Wouldn't even give me a refund and when I called back he asked if we had eaten the food yet & that he wasn't going to do anything for me besides a store credit at a lower price than what I paid. Wow! I went a got another pizza from another store & he said he didn't believe me & was going to send a driver back out to pick up the pizza that I messed up. Frank is a poor excuse for a manager and clearly has anger issues....

Worst experience ever. First off, I ordered 2 pizza's and when they arrived it was completely the wrong order. I called the store back and spoke with the youg lady that placed my order, just to simply explain that I received my order but it was incorrect before I could say anything else she placed someone else on the line. A young man(17-19) came to the phone stating that he could not locate my order so I must have the wrong store, I then got nervous because I knew for a fact that I had just got a delivery from that location. He then began to ask me did the driver leave my receipt and I told no but I have the card that was used. That little inconsiderate human told me it was nothing that he could do for me I would have to wait until the manager gets in the next morning. Which was kinda confusing because when he got on the phone he stated he was the manager. I then drove to pizza hut as I was on the phone with him still, I did explain to him all I wanted was pizza replaced and I would pick those up and bring the wrong order back (untouched). He then told me if I come to the store he would have the cops called on me, that immediately had me irrate. I got to the drive threw and there he was (so called manager) standing their laughing and cursing towards me just being flat out rude. I was not going to report anything until he started to use voilent language. The next day I called and spoke with the actual store Manager but it was no better because he was just as rude as the young man. This is the worst pizza hut I have...
