Our church has previously rented from Ultimate Outdoor Entertainment (UOE), and our experience was awesome.

So, we decided to rent from them again for our event that occured last night. UOE's employees and service was nothing short of AMAZING! They are, by far, some of the kindest individuals a person could ever want to conduct business with....IN LIFE! The customer service of everyone we communicated with for last night's event was extraordinary! From inquiry to reservation....to postponement due to inclement weather....to rescheduling, execution and completion of the event, everything UOE offered was beyond satisfactory. Chandra and Jay went above and beyond in answering any questions we had and exhibited such patience. The smiles in their voices were easily heard every time we spoke on the phone! Shawn, our technician was prompt, paid attention to details with instructions on where to stage the equipment, and very helpful! They even had the item we requested (a microphone). Everyone at our church in attendance enjoyed themselves, and we'd definitely recommend UOE to anyone who'd be in search or need of an establishment consisting of outdoor movie equipment.
