Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Jersey Village

If I could leave ZERO STARS I WOULD. these people are the RUDEST most inconsistent workers. I ordered two large pizzas and one of them came burned with half the toppings missing. When I called to tell them about the issue they YELLED at me and accused me of having a "history of complaining" if I have a history of complaining it's because they have a history of discraceful service. Pizzas come to us half cut and half cooked, incorrect and damaged, but the issue I have to say now is that they were SOOOOO rude on the phone I told them the issue and they HUNG UP IN MY FACE TWICE. I wasnt being rude and was trying to calm them down but they literally WENT OFF ON ME even though I wasn't rude to them, literally just telling them that there was a problem. They accused me if harassing them, they hung up on me twice and so I called back. These calls were under 40 seconds. This place is atrocious and I will be having my bank refund the charges. Don't deal with them, Domino's, Pizza hut, and Mod Pizza are incredibly better options. I will be contacting the regional manager as well as corporate to discuss my "history of complaints" add well as Brian and Rachel's behavior as management and what type of example this is seeing for their subordinates, as well as their claims of "harassment" . I've been accused of acting innappropriately and am deeply offended when that is a complete lie. They could've just acted professionally but instead they hung up in my face and accused me of harassing then for trying to have my issue heard. I have unfortunately spent a lot of hard earned money at this location but never again. They may have other issues from me in the form of dealing with corporate but handling an order from me is not one of...

My wife and I were in the mood for pizza as both of us had a long day. My wife ordered the pizza around 6:30pm-6:45pm 2/19/2015. One large thin crust bbq pizza with 1/2 jalapenos and extra garlic sauce. Estimated time 15-45 minutes.

8:00pm rolls around, my wife and I are hungry and wondering where the delivery driver is. So we call.

While my wife is on hold, we realize that the payment has been reversed. No call, notification of any kind. This location just simply isn't going to deliver the pizza...

A manager comes on the line... "Would you like an explanation or would just like to place the order so we can get it to you?" he says...

Of course I want an explanation. He explains that someone had a similar name as Jane ( my wife ). The manager then goes on to say that they thought it was a duplicate order and voided it out.... No one double checked the address or phone number? I'm pretty sure someone with a similar name as Jane didn't order the exact pizza either.

He offers for me to place the order and I turn it down. It's 8pm... Too late to eat or wait any longer for food.

Thanks for nothing team 133. I will not be order from this location again.

-One hungry and pissed off...

The manager, who refused to give me HER name, called me yelling and saying do not ever call again. She is retaliation against me bc THEY incorrectly made my order. I called customer service and the district manager reached out about the bad customer service. Now bc of this, the manager is purposely screwing up on my orders. This last time she called me on Aug 6, 2023 around 10:45am yelling at me. She had no reason to call and wake me up yelling. That is totally unacceptable and I will proceed with this matter. Instead of her LISTENING to what the issue is, she cut me off. The calls ARE recorded. I would never recommend this location ever. My order looked stale, dried out, over cooked and the garlic sauce was open. It was spilled all over the pizzas, the box was wet bc of the sauce. I told her this as well. It looked like some one purposely opened the sauce and dashed it all in the box. Instead of making it right, she tells me it's nothing they can do. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION ON JONES AND WEST ROAD. HEALTH IS A CONCERN. MY FOOD LOOKED LIKE IT WAS TAMPERED WITH....
