We approached Awesome (not so awesome) at the beginning of June for a Jason tonneau top. We paid a deposit and were told repeatedly that their vendor was always on time with their builds and deliveries. This was important seeing as we needed the top to travel on vacation with. On the 6th of July we were told that the top would absolutely be in the following week. This was already delaying our vacation as we were supposed to leave on the 9th. On the 13 Micheal calls my husband and informs him that the vendor has notified him that they do not even have the materials to start the job. Michael then asks if we want to cancel the order and get our money back. We say yes. As of the 29th, Mark, the manager is stating we cannot have our money back after all regardless of the statements made by Micheal. I have reported them to my credit card company for dispute. I really want to thank Mark for being a a great person with a big heart.he would rather make a friend than to me a sale.. I stopped by the shop and I thought that had all I needed in having AWSOME TRNSFERMATIONS repIair my truck cover .when we got dwn to it may RETRAX box was in a state of disrepair .Mark called me OU to the shop to show me what we had to work with ..he had some new parts that I needed to finish the job which he pithe in to make my new bed cover a brand new one!! Without increasing the price or charging for the extra work ..they have a customer for life in me as well as anyone I will talk to about putting extra on their trucks...as far as the front counter goes it's a Mr Michael that is all so personable and professional about ordering and making sure Ll customers know what they need or possibly may want on their trucks....again THANK YOU GUYS FOR A WONDERFUL...

I wanna thank Michael and his staff for an amazing transformation on my truck. I had them spray the bed on my truck and also ordered a bug deflector from then as well.

Prices were amazing and the customer service was impeccable. I will be telling everyone I know about his shop.

By the way Michael is the general manager and he and his staff were amazing. No high pressure sales or shady upselling or hidden fees.
