Living in San antonio, you would think that finding a Quinceañera dress would be easy and reasonably priced. To my surprise, it was the opposite. Not only was I told that the specific Pricessa dress I wanted was not in stock and would not be available for over six months from the maker but was Ranging 600-800 more at every dress shop I visited in San antonio. I called Patricia in Houston, and she was very kind and reassuring that she would give me the soonest time we could receive this dress. But not only that, the dress was $800 less than the soonest/best date I could receive it from a San Antonio boutique. Sure, that means I would have to travel three hours to fit the dress, do possible alterations, and then pick up the dress when it was ready. Patricia offered to mail it at a very low cost when it was ready. Which would have still been worth the savings that I was already getting! One day, I receive a call from Patricia with amazing news…that my dress had come in way earlier than I expected. In fact it came in within a month! I scheduled an appointment for the fitting a week later. It fit my daughter beautifully!!! No alterations were needed!! She even found the prettiest tiara at Victoria’s! Patricia and her staff were amazing!!! What a blessing! I pray further blessings over business and employees for their integrity...

To top it off, the matching teddy bear dress was matched perfectly, Patricia and her team did an outstanding job. My daughter and I were speechless at how perfect the teddy bears dress matched. Just outstanding!!

UPDATE! STILL 5 Stars! I LOVE MY DRESS. I added some new photos after the wedding! Great quality, held up wonderfully! I purchased my wedding dress site unseen from Victorias Elegance! I found the dress online and immediately fell in love! The business owner responded every time in a fast and professional manner. I did have a lot of questions about the measurements as I am 6 foot and wanted to ensure the dress would be long enough for me.

They had no problem taking additional measurements and additional pictures of the dress and even offered to video call with me so I could make the right decision!! Unfortunately I am located in Ohio and could not make it all the way to the shop before the wedding to try the dress on. I super appreciated their willingness to work with me and the fast communication. I went ahead and purchased this dream dress which arrived on time and in perfect condition!

Thanks to the measurements they provided me with the dress fits perfectly and I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day! The dress is even more magical in person!!! I’m so happy with my decision and when we drive through Texas this winter I’m definitely going to stop by the shop and say thank you in person!
