Literally one of the worst cell phone providers out there. Their customer service is okay, but the cell service is horrific. I work about an hour away but a trip to Wood River and I’m in “extended” service which is apparently like roaming and NOTHING loads. That doesn’t really matter though because when I’m in jerseyville it still takes a while for something to load. Forget being somewhere and not knowing your way around because you’ll just stay lost with this service. Get a notification? No worries! You’ll get to see what it is in 15 minutes once it loads. I grew up with U.S cellular and it always seemed to work fine. I don’t know what happened. And don’t even get me started on the bill. There’s a billboard on the way into town that says something like “We won’t squeeze you” and I laugh every time I see it because that couldn’t be further from the truth. So In summary, I pay a lot for bad service. Sounds about right. I will not be a return customer, and you should not be a new customer. Needed to get new updated phone to 5G. In Jerseyville, the young gal waiting on us was more interested in her phone & if she had to work weekends than making sure we got what was wanted. We chose a 5G phone but then she got a cheap, out of date new (4G) & told us it was 5G. After hour or so of transferring info, we figured out it was the wrong phone. The manager then took over & got the right phone. The manager then told us that the new phone would work w a USB port in our truck. Wrong. Now finding the correct USB adapter.
