Unbelievable how it's ramping up in the past 2 weeks. Two weeks ago they had like hardly any employees due to Covid, where at times they had to close the doors and just handle drive thru. Then they started getting some people hired and they had a very smart, experienced young girl from another store, Kayla , come and she knows how to work and can handle a lot. Great customer service. She went above and beyond since I missed breakfast and the coffee was gone. I wanted coffee so she offered to make it I said no but I happened to have a packet of coffee in my bag. She got me hot water and creamers. Wow.
Some of the other staff is great also. I was stranded in town after getting my car stolen and now trying to get it back from an impound in Roswell. My leg swelled up from walking etc and they took care of me. ! I needed a place to sit down and use my phone and tablet and find out how my direct deposits got lost. Zayden and Nathan made sure I was fine at a table with outlets etc and I think they just started working there. They've been helpful every time I've been there.
The GM works all the time and I heard he hadn't taken a day off in several weeks. Well he took one finally because he can trust this crew now! Great to see. Oh ya, Kayla and a customer introduced me to their Hershey Pie . Wow it's like a Gourmet dessert . Thanks all...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. Do not come to this Burger King. The customer service at this Burger King is absolutely HORRIBLE. The worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had in my life. The man taking my order was so impatient and was telling me to hurry up. If I would pause for even a second he would tell me, “ok I’ll need to come back to you” and starts talking through the headset to take someone else’s order. And when he was ready to take my order, he would talk over me, constantly interrupt me, and made rude snarky comments when I tried to order. I was trying to order a salad and he told me they only do fried chicken on their salads. I’ve ordered Burger King salads before and they have always offered grilled chicken on their salad. When I asked him about this he was so rude and yelled at me. He asked me “ so do you want it or not?” So impatient and so rude. I don’t know who this guy is but I would stay far away from this location because if you have questions or take a second to answer, you will get yelled at and belittled. Read moreI was at this location a few weeks ago with my elderly mom and we were excited to try the Impossible Whopper. I went to the restroom while she ordered. I was shocked when I came back and saw her getting yelled at because she was confused giving her order. The cashier was yelling WOAH WOAH WOAH at her. We were in a hurry so I let it go and we left. Today, Monday, November 11 at around 3:30 pm we came back and my mom was placing her order and was confused between ordering the meal and the sandwich and again, I heard WOAH WOAH WOAH and realized it was the same guy. I had to interject and tell him he didn’t have to talk to her like that and I finished placing the order for her. When we got to the window, a different very kind guy came to the window to get our money. I told him I was going to report the other rude guy to the manager and to the corporate office. I was shocked when he told me that the other guy WAS the manager! I cannot believe Burger King would employ someone in customer service who is an impatient jerk.
