We just cancelled our membership with this location after almost 2 years. We loved it when we started, but have been bounced around from coach to coach without being contacted ahead of time. The first coach left to play pro, so we had no problem with that. We loved the second coach, but got double booked with someone else due to the facilityโs error and so they moved us again. The 3rd coach was fine but went and had surgery a week after they moved us to him and was unavailable for several weeks. The 4th coach brand new and cancelled on us multiple times with little notice. We showed up once where they had cancelled our session without telling us and they had to scramble to find someone to do the session. After that, I spoke with the office and requested a more reliable coach, explaining the issues in detail and saying we didnโt want to keep getting moved because you basically start from square one with a new coach- they have to get to know your kidโs strengths and weaknesses, so it is a few months before they actually start working on the specific issues you are there for. They put us with โone of their most reliable coachesโ but I got an email Monday that all of our sessions (for the next 4 month) were cancelled with no explanation as to why. When I called, they told me he was changing his schedule and offered to move me to a 6th coach. I asked to have a manager call me and was assured I would hear from them same day or the next day. It is now 4 days later and I have heard nothing. While the coaches themselves do their best, the administrative side is a disaster. And due to all the coaching changes, I basically wasted 2 years of money (over $2500) and time because none of the specific things I wanted them to accomplish were ever addressed. My older child still canโt head the ball or trap with his chest (sole reason we joined was to work on this fear) and my younger child still has poor shooting technique, which is obvious and something that a professional trainer should have been able to improve over 19 months of 3-4 sessions per month. I would not recommend the facility, but some of the trainers also do personal lessons outside of TOCA and there are really...
ย ย ย Read moreI Found TOCA training is very engaging and they really train champions here I feel...that's what the environment tells us! We have started with the personal training for our kid, as he loves soccer, for him it's more than a game. So, to correct his technique and to learn new skills and build more confidence we enrolled him here. And we are happy. Technology used provides lot of advance training. The staff is very cooperative. We are very happy with Coach Skyler and Coach Jay Moran. They both are great! They take a note of what all challenges our kid is facing and accordingly they recreate the session. Coach Skyler being high in energy attitude always motivates kids. His focus is mostly on speedplay and stamina. Coach Jay, being very disciplined and calm person he focuses on his strength, so eventually he achieves his set goals. Their training really boosts confidence and make kid fall in love with soccer! This indoor facility won't restrict you from soccer training in any weather conditions. Definitely...
ย ย ย Read moreMy 10 year old daughter has been going to TOCA at Johns Creek for the past 13 months, 1 hour/week. She does the one on one sessions. Everything TOCA's marketing says about the program is true. We've seen her improve her first touch (with both feet), passing accuracy, and scanning. She really enjoys the challenge and having metrics at the end of each session is a great motivator.
Lately she has been working with Coach Renan, who we could not recommend more highly. He coaches with a level of joy that is infectious. Coach Renan's skill is undeniable, it's clear he has spent his whole life with a ball at his feet. That is so important when he needs to demonstrate proper form to her. Every week, we are excited to see what interesting and challenging drills Coach Renan has in store for her. He's a...
