I've been a customer of theirs for a long time, going back to when they were located next to Publix in the Flynn Crossing center off McGinnis Ferry. In my opinion they are the epitome of what a independent Jewelry shop should be. Though not a large shop they carry some of the finest and unique items that you'd never find in one of those big chain stores. Some of my favorite pieces they have would be categorized as Estate or antique and truly one of a kind. Resa and Carol are exceptionally knowledgeable . What truly separates them from other shops is how much effort they put in to make folks ,not just happy, but feeling genuinely cared about. Time and again I've been in their store and, while waiting for my turn, I'm always impressed with how hard they work to make people happy. Treating each customer like they were close family friends. They patiently listen to a customer's description of what it is exactly what they want or need and in turn ask the questions meant to make absolutely sure of a person's desire. I love watching them work, because they place each customer's needs and joy above anything else. Watching the reaction of a woman that came in to pick up a new chain for, what I assumed was a very old and cherished gold crucifix, was priceless. She was so over the top happy that she turned to me and showed off her new chain and cross telling me how much she loved it and how only Resa knew exactly what she wanted. I was tickled to death, she continued to tell me how much she loved RK Jewelers because they always treated her like family. Bottom line is this,.. There are no limits to what this shop will go to earn your business, not just once but for all your Jewelry needs for years to come. Their prices are always fair and the price for buying your jewelry, gold or silver are more than fair , but very current for the day's market. If other independent businesses modeled their business strategy on RK Jewelers there's no doubt in my mind that they would exceed beyond their expectations. In todays world small businesses can only , not merely survive , but succeed by placing a customer's satisfaction at the very top of their priorities. My wife and I had gone through a tough 2018, including the loss of my mother. We had decided to sell some of her old jewelry. After doing a bit of research, we settled on RK. Although the location is a bit of a drive for us (45 minutes, give or take), both of us found that the trip was well worth it; so much so that we went back a second time shortly thereafter. Having previously sold some of our own jewelry at stores closer to us, I found the positive difference at RK to be comfortable. At the other stores we had been to, the interactions with staff were quite dispassionate and expedient. At RK, Reza was more than happy to answer many of my questions regarding the metals, tools, and methodologies he uses. I was brought into the process of determining the value of pieces in a way that I was even able to learn some new things about an interesting subject.

As for the store, it has a very comfortable feel. While brightly lit, it wasn't enormous and generic, as so many jewelry stores seem to be. As a family-owned store, the mark of the family can be seen in the decorations, which set one at ease. I saw a collection of jewelry which appeared to focus on quality, rather than quantity. As for shopping, I only overheard conversations of others, but I could tell from listening that the jeweler who was on-hand knew her stuff. Even when busy, Reza and other staff are sure to assure you, or others that you are not being ignored and have not be forgotten about.

I can't express enough how pleased I am by the Service and Kindness I received from RK&Co. Jewelers! In needing to sell a clients wedding rings, I took to google in search of Atlantas Top Buyers of Diamond Rings and Estate Jewelry. The business that appeared at the top of my search was RK&Co! The thing that stood out most to me about their website was their company values; Honesty, Discretion, Trust, Security and Integrity. I can say that they do business by this creed 100%! Reza is one of the Most Honorable men that you will ever meet! He is Fair and completely Transparent. He went Above and Beyond by explaining how my offer price was accumulated.
