My mom bought(2) lamps from here in store played cash she didn't like them so I brought them back to the store when she bought them they told her she could return and get her money back the sales rep didn't say anything about 30day no cash back so she told me did you read the back of your ticket about returns and she highlighted in yellow about 30 days but she was the sales person who sold the lamps and she knows she didn't tell her that my mom is 79 yo and she hard of hearing and for someone or place to take her money and tell her that she could return them and get her money back that is 1 sorry place to shop and the sales person was rude sayes did you read the back of your ticket and gave me a # to call and I called the # sayes all reps are busy try again later so I left a message still no call back I think they should have to tell you about that return policy or have it posted because if you don't know anything about and it been longer than 30 days they know they got your money I think it's a bad business for someone to do ppl that way I'm not going to just give up on this going to get the word out I know $65 is not that much but it's the point of the matter...

I love kirklands! But i think the reason being, is the management. The last two times i have been in, a young man has helped me both times. He is very nice, professional and genuine! He was helping me pick out curtains, while at the same time helping two other customers locate something in another store. I work in the food industry, so i know how it is to deal with the public.i dont get on websites and give reviews. But this young man is an asset to your company! I ran around johnson city all afternoon looking for a specific color curtain! Kirklands had just what i wanted! And the manager could not of been more...

I agree with Leslie, customer service just isn’t good here, I keep trying to give this store a chance but it’s disappointing every time. How do u greet two people that come in the door before me but look me in the face and say nothing? Kirklands is not top of the line first if all, so to think you work for some upscale store and can select who you greet is beyond me..Bristol store at the pinnacle is more pleasant.. so it’s worth the drive from JC to go over there and...
