CVS — Local services in Joliet

If you have prescriptions here get them transferred elsewhere. I was in line at the drive thru for over 30 minutes (I didn’t want to go inside because I’m sick). There was a line of cars wrapped around the building. I understand moving slow, but completely stopped for 30 minutes is insane. I called to make sure everything was okay. Spoke to an employee named Janelle who said to come inside because they were taking care of Covid testing inside first. Number one I’m sick myself why would I want to walk in and potentially get more people sick? Number two, why would I want to be around others who are possibly more sick than me? My husband went to pick up his medication an hour after he left the doctors office, they told him it was not ready so i stopped by an hour after, They told me they would have it ready in 5 mins so i waited for it, I picked up his medication which was azithromycin and it is PINK, I get home and tell my husband to take his meds one of his PILLS WAS BLACK Which look lije it was covered in MOLD? i went back and the pharmacist told me that they DONT check their medication before giving it TO PEOPLE, I worked as a pharmacy technician for multiple years and we always have checked medication before giving it to patients, The pharmacist”MOHAMED” was VERY rude and explained to me that they don't Check it before it is given to patients, I am very upset and will be reporting...

I call before I pick up any prescriptions. I always add an extra 20 minutes to when every they said it will be ready. But yet every time I’m told to wait for 20-30 minutes. I don’t understand what could possibly be taking so long but the staff members always give me attitude as they ask me to wait 20 minutes.... 20 minutes is a crazy time to wait when I’m already arriving around 20 minutes after I’m told it will be ready. I should feel like an inconvenience when using their service. I’d love to go some where else however I can’t because my insurance.

AGAIN! I WAITED A WHOLE 30 minutes after when my prescriptions were supposed to be ready... this is RIDICULOUS.

Update: consistently is awful still 10...
