Gigi’s Sweets On The Go! is a hidden gem nestled in the Joliet Train Station, 90 E. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Ilinois!

On Monday, 9/08/2025 I arrived from Bloomington, IL at 10:39AM, with a few minutes to spare before my limo arrived. I saw the brightly colored, welcoming shop right on the first floor of the train station and was drawn to the scrumptious looking chocolates in a lovely display case.

A menu board in front of Gigi’s offered, bagels, a wonderful breakfast sandwich variety, hot, freshly brewed coffee, and assorted beverages. There are many other enticing menu items to try on my next train trip, and I selected a butter croissant and a simple, ice cold milk. Both were just perfect, as I had a few more hours of travel ahead.

Dynasty welcomed me with a warm smile, explained many of Gigi’s offerings and offered to warm my croissant as well. The shop is the perfect oasis for hungry, weary travelers or visitors to downtown Joliet who would like to satisfy a sweet tooth and enjoy a homemade breakfast treat or snacks!

They have the BEST peanut butter cookies and soft serve ice cream! Great service since they opened. Owner Sherry is very professional and always willing to help her customers with a smile! They also have popcorn, candy etc.

Our daughter had her 5th Birthday Party at her first beautiful location and now she is 17…she has been in business a long time. Gigis is still doing great things, even with a food truck and new location at the Joliet Train Station. Pay them a visit at 90 E....

Listen my good friends in Joliet and surrounding areas, Gigi's does not disappoint. The coffee is A1, and will make any coffee lover fall in love again. If yiundont want coffee, try the Caramel Green Apple Smoothie, absolutely mouth watering. Oh and I can't forget my personal favorite which is the popcorn! Tell em Niya sent you. My mom used to love popcorn, cheese and Caramel mix to be exact. Gigi's mix will not disappoint. The owner is absolutely amazing and the service is...
