Was the greatest experience I’ve had in a long time. Respectful and integrity , friendly and was very helpful the store manager Amy went above and beyond for me . She worked with me and Angela helped me on my choices as well and was friendly and polite and they made you feel very welcome. I didn’t feel like a customer there, I felt like family or a friend being helped out by other caring friends that go through everyday life with you. And the delivery guy devion and the other one started with a d can’t recall at the moment but they was very professional and set my home up well and respectful and polite. I give Rent One (Johnson Store) a 5 star rating because I've had nothing but great experiences with them since becoming a first time customer last year. The Johnson store is very clean and neat and the atmosphere is very comfortable and your always greeted by a welcoming staff. The associates are always friendly yet maintaining professionalism. They're very helpful and very knowledgeable of their products. I'm pleased with all the products that I'm renting from them, and their reasonable rates fit my budget nicely, and deliveries are always on time. And I've always had great experiences with my deliveries as well, thanks to the Delivery Techs Devin & Damion. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer and I am very likely to recommend Rent One to everybody!

Very professional and friendly staff. Informative and helpful. Quick service! Got my rent to own washer & dryer scheduled at the Johnson Avenue location in Jonesboro, AR, late afternoon/evening and received them the next morning before noon. The delivery guy was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and he explained everything to me in detail. He showed me how to work the digital controls. He was also very patient and waited for me to sweep & mop where the old washer was that had leaked and messed up my floor. He hooked up everything very quickly and very good. This is at least my third purchase from this location and I would highly recommend this to someone considering rentals or rent to own products....
