Brickhouse Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I went there one night, a year or so ago. I was with a lady and two male friends. My two male friends got in a stupid argument and the policeman working in there told them to come outside with him. I assumed they were getting kicked out. I finished my drink and went out as well (my ride depended on it). They were all standing there talking. I walked up and said "what's going on?". The policeman immediately said "I suggest you take your ass somewhere else before you go to jail!". I said "what? I've only had 3 beers and I'm just asking what's happening". He then said "ok, one more word and you get to go sleep in a cell". It was crazy. Him and the bouncer standing beside him were in there flirting with girls the entire time but all of a sudden I'm going to jail for talking to them. I walked away because I have no criminal record and 3 beers might be enough for me to fail a breathalyzer. Only explanation is racism since I'm white and not a woman. No exaggeration. They had a reason to hate me on sight but not any of the girls they couldn't...

Service gives this place a bad name. My debit card was charged an unauthorized substantial amount. I paid my bill and then noticed a couple days later another charge on my account. I don’t know if someone used my card to pay another tab or what happened but when I tried reaching out to Brickhouse no one answered the phone. I reached out on Facebook asking for a manager to call me. I did receive a call but it was not a manager and for some reason was never able to speak to a manager to ask why that happened. I was told to go up there. So I go back thinking I would get to speak to a manager. Then I was told a manager was not there. I’m not sure how they are running this business but this is bad for business to treat customers this way and charge debit cards in amounts that are not approved and then not even speak to the customer to try and resolve the issue. I will never return to this place and would advise others to be careful when using a debit card. I would recommend that the owner take a look into the people he has working at...

Probably the worst service I've ever had in my life before I had all these other issues im abou to get into. I got charged 91 dollars for 3 beers. I disputed it and it was "fixed" still charged for 6 drinks even though i only ordered 3 but I was ready to leave after waiting 20 minutes between drinks so decided I would pay. Now I have pending transactions of 16 and 76 after paying a 29$ bill. I don't know how this could be just a mistake. Called multiple times nobody will answer. So now I get to spend time disputing charges with my bank. Ok this is the next day I got a answer finally after my bank told me to keep trying to contact them the guy told me the manager/bartender would be in after 8 so I've called 10 times straight to vm. At best this place has just really bad service I'm to the point that I think something else...
