Sound Concepts — Local services in Jonesboro

I purchased a house with sound system; that was very expensive and installed recently ( under warranty ). Previous Owner sadly referred me to this company being the ones installed it. And after more than 40 days of trying to get them out and dealing with owner that i never met and here he is sending me personal pic of him on vacation. They send a technician that had no idea about my system and clueless about any thing and was navigating his way and could NOT get the backyard speakers to work … so he said amplifier is out ( only 5 months old amp ) I was like you didn’t even test it. But fine so he took it and mailed another one and sent an invoice of more than 500$ literally.. and when new amp came I installed and off course surprise ((not it))). Something else still no sound !! had to hire a third party to come fix ( off course not amplifier but a wireless presentation wave ( name of the part ). Now sound concepts and it’s owner. Holding. The account user name and password till the non sense bill paid. Which we will pay! though we paid another company to fix. And we will report it to nice & episode and possibly see what else we will do As we have all communications , invoices. Etc ! And hate for them to do that to someone else I did read similar reviews so ..

Y’all if you want to pay 513 $ to a company to send a clueless tech. And do no work and get paid as highly educated and knowledgeable peoples and companies. Hire them. Other wise trust me will write a follow up about this as we progress

I expected a high end installation for the cost of labor. What I got was two men arguing over how the bracket should be installed (first attempt was wrong), measurements and whether knocking on the wall helps find a stud.. It took 3 more attempts and much longer (and way more holes in the sheetrock) than necessary. It took so long, they had to bring in a 3rd person because one of the men had to leave. While the television is installed and looks nice, it’s still lower than we discussed but I would probably had told them it was fine had they asked (they didn’t). They messed up and didn’t connect the appletv with ethernet and instead of taking the time to take the tv back off and correct it, they just connected via wifi. While it works, it’s not the ideal setup. I was also very surprised how unfamiliar they were with a television that they have on their salesfloor. I have two other projects but plan on finding someone else.

Edit to add: we have recently moved and when we removed the tv, the wall was a massive mess with sheetrock, paint and outlet damage. We had the tv hung in our new home with one electrician working for barely an hour. We were charged for over 4 hours of labor with this...
