Ultimate Air Trampoline Park — Attraction in Jonesboro

This was our first time in today, and it was okay. It is smaller than what we had imagined, and sooo crowded. The young lady at the desk was polite and helped me to purchase three 2-hour long jump sessions @ 2:13pm, so I would assume our time would be up around 4:13, right? Nope. I honestly hadn’t looked at the time for a little while when I heard one of the staff members say not-so-politely to my 7 year old, “your time is up. You better enjoy that last jump.” I thought man, time flew by! My husband nodded at me across the place to say that they had announced blue wristbands time being up…So we gathered our belongings and packed into the car only for me to realize it wasn’t even 3:30!! We already had our socks and shoes on, so we weren’t going to go back inside. It’s my own fault for not checking the time and going to argue about it, I suppose!

There are no lockers, and I wasn’t willing to go back to the car in sock feet to hide my shoes and money to enjoy time with my son, so we swapped off watching our items. There are only open cubbies.

2nd time here within a few months and again the service is terrible. When I came a few months ago, their card machine wasn't working with my card so I tried to get cash from the ATM but that didn't work either. The cashier wasn't kept blaming my card when that wasn't the issue I tried numerous times but nothing and we were there for a bday party but had to leave because I didn't have cash on hand so that was disappointing because my babies really wanted to jump. I left and went right to Wingstop and had no issues with my card there or anywhere else. It's only Ultimate Air that I've had card issues like this (and btw this card is never locked) .So today we're back and the system failed again and the male cashier tried to again blame me for their system failure. The ATM worked so my babies jumped and enjoyed themselves but the service is terrible. We have been several times over the years and have had a few birthday parties for our children. Our children have always loved it. However, we took our 3 children this past week and have decided to not return again.

1. so many people allowed on floor that there was no way to enjoy themselves. Our 3 year was hurt due to big kids jumping on the trampoline next to him and the excessive number of people on the playing fields.
2. the place was filthy, EVERYWHERE!!
3. no where for adults to even sit because there was soooo many people there.
4. this is the main reason we will not be returning!!! The music that was being played in a family friendly, Children’s play area was appalling. The music was filled with explicits! Every other word was cussing and filthy language. I am shocked that you would play something like that with children and families being your clientele. We went on Wednesday night and paid the $20 for 4 hours of jump and left in less...
