LOCKED AWAY ESCAPES — Attraction in Jonesboro

My group of friends and I from around the country have had a yearly Christmas party in Jonesboro for 11 years. 4 of those years have included a trip to this escape room (including doing 3 of the rooms this year).

For being such a small team, this team puts together a damn good escape room! I’ve done upwards of 40 escape rooms and this continues to be some of the most well thought out fun rooms. The owner is clearly passionate about escape rooms and cares about his clients. He remembers us every year.

My family enjoyed this escape room. We tried the attic. I wasn’t sure what the quality would be of the room, but i was pleasantly surprised. It really looked like an old house. The rooms look very realistic. I thought the room was just a bit too challenging for just the 3 of us, but we almost made it. It was our first time.

WATCH OUT: one thing we didn’t realize was the theme of some objects in the room. My family and I don’t approve of anything having to do with magic or ghosts/spirits, and they told us that the end of the puzzle had an ouija board. We wouldn’t have tried the room if we knew that. I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and we had a blast!! Neither of us had ever done an escape room before and we were definitely over thinking it in the beginning, despite being told to not over think it lol. Everything was explained nicely in detail before hand and there was even a little video. Our guide was super helpful in knowing when we needed a clue and when he knew we would figure it out (if that makes sense). You can also wave to the camera if you need a clue.
