Burger King — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I don't know were to start on this - But firstly I'll say, the food has been good so far. No complaints. Secondly, theres a guy in the drive thru and sometimes front counter named Dakota I think. Red beard is all i know and he has a fancy hoodie. I like. Haha. He's very respectful. I personally think they should give him a raise. He treats everyone so kind. May I add, he's paid for my order 3 times, because i was a few dollars short. But he gets treated so dirty. By the staff and management. I've seen it first hand, drive thru and front counter. He does his job. The poor guy, even takes both lanes and front counter half the time. That should say something. He's there every time I come through there. It almost feels like he doesn't have a day off. The other staff is questionable. Management definitely needs replaced. The store is alright. But I just wanted to brag about that young man. We went for my 7yo's birthday, because that's what he wanted for dinner. Well, we went in and ordered, sat down with our drinks, and waited 25 minutes. After the first 15, I went to the counter and asked if they had an eta on our order. There was an older couple sitting inside eating already. The 2 people that ordered before us were gone shortly after we arrived. Anyways, they continued to serve all of the drive through, including the ones that came through after we arrived. After waiting another 5 minutes, I noticed they started putting food on the tray with our order, then it sat there for a few minutes, then they turn around and take 2 of the sandwiches off of our tray and put them in the to-go bags for the drive thru😱 I walked up there and requested a refund, the manager insisted they were making my order right then(25 minutes after ordering) we got our refund, went to Mc Donald's, and had our food in under 10 minutes. As much as it saddens me to say after 49 years of eating Burger King . after another cold terrible meal tonightI'm officially done cuz the last 10 years has been awful. It's cold it doesn't matter what Burger King and what state, I get it from it's always cold and just terrible.. you used to have a policy where when you put the sandwich together you slapped it in the microwave for 5 or 10 seconds to warm it all up together. Obviously that is no longer a policy and I think it should be. I think maybe you should reconsider putting it back on the agenda,. Cuz I'm honestly tired of paying 5 or 10 bucks for disquisting food, so I officially have to say I'm done which makes me very sad.
