What a terrible experience! We purchased a "Like New, Outdoor Ceiling Fan" thinking the fan we were spending hundreds of dollars on would be Like New! ...When the fan arrived, the remote battery was dead. After buying a new battery the ceiling fan worked for all of two weeks before it completely died. We had to pay for the install of the fan, the diagnosis of the fan when it stopped working (they told us, yeah this fan is a dud!) and the removal of the dud ceiling fan. When we called to explain what had happened we were told "sorry there's nothing we can do". Even though, the fan was advertised as "like new". Wow, what a great way to run a business - super scam, false advertising - for any customers thinking about whether or not to purchase a fan from this company, do yourself a favor and just don't. Your future self and dollars with thank you. What a terrible way to...

package did not arrive in the window it said it would, which was a significant reason why we purchased it as our builder is needing to hang this chandelier. To make it worse this doesn't even come with a tracking number and the number it tells you to call for online orders, no one picks up the phone .. buyers beware!.... (this was my orginal post. )

I did want to take the time to say that these guys wanted to make it right. Once the package arrived, it was severely damaged. once i notified company asked that i please test my chandelier and if it did not work it would get replaced. they even offered a generous Patricial discount. ...oh and the light worked and...

Purchased a fan from this seller that was advertised as "used like new". It stopped working within 2 weeks. Now I am out $300 for install, diagnostic, and uninstall of a fan that was falsely advertised as like new. When I called the seller I was told "I'm sorry, I'm not responsible for electrician costs." UMMM how about you are responsible for falsely advertising a product as being in like new condition?????? AVOID THIS SELLER AND THEIR...
