iProtect — Local services in Joplin

I’ve known iProtect’s owner, Scott, since early childhood. Growing up together, I’ve had the advantage of witnessing him develop into a man of moral character, who’s mechanically inclined, extremely creative in art and design, as well as attentive to the smallest details of his work. Not only does the niche of repairing Apple’s faulty, damaged or problematic telecommunication devices (iPhones, iPads, etc.) fit Scott’s amazing skill set, but his core values concerning customer service and customer appreciation, are second to none. After Scott started-up iProtect over a decade ago, I’ve had the privilege to personally watch what this skilled mechanical craftsman can do to fully restore a damaged iPhone; an iPhone that looked, to the average person, like it would never function again. My opinion (from witnessing his passion, skill set and work ethic) is that Scott and his team at iProtect are the best at what they do. If your Apple device is in need of any type of repair (from shattered screens, to broken components, and everything in between), save yourself the time and money, and take your iPhone to iProtect. Your faulty Apple device will be fixed to factory specs, the job will be done right the first time and you’ll pay less than any iPhone repair business around. The customer service you’ll get from Scott and his team is just the icing on the cake!

The WORST place to come to for ANY of your phone needs. i had the worst experience there and am NEVER going to come back. I had two phones needing fixed, one had a broken screen and one needed a new battery. they said they would have to order my parts and it would come in the next day. I come the next day and they said they do not have the parts and cannot fix it yet so come tomorrow. so AGAIN i drove 45 minutes and when i came in the next day, they said AGAIN that they couldnt fix the phones yet and that i will have to wait one week. i paid them over 300 dollars for the repairs and they still havent been able to fix the simple issues. I could have easily went anywhere else but i came here because of their "aPpArEnT" but not actual professionalism. they ended up never getting the parts and they only PARTIALLY refunded the money, they didn't even give me all of it. so they couldnt fix my phones AND they scammed me smh. when i went to the other repair shop nearby called cellfix, they had BOTH parts already in stock and fixed both phones up WITHIN AN HOUR, WOW! My XS Max went crazy the other night---the touch screen lost all control and began opening apps randomly. I thought my phone was hacked. Turns out the digitizer went out with no cracks. How did that happen? Well, a few months ago I had the back glass repaired on my phone at a store in the Joplin mall. Not only did it cost a fortune, but they put the back glass on crooked so now there is a very noticeable lip when I hold my phone. When I complained to that store about the shoddy repair, the managers said it’s because my phone was bent (not true) and they weren’t willing to fix. When my screen began to go berserk yesterday, I did NOT want to go back to the mall for the repair so I found Scott at Iprotect. So glad I did! Not only did he diagnose the problem immediately, but he offered me an immediate repair that fixed my phone completely. It turns out the last repair at the mall caused this problem for my digitizer to occur.
