Brookshire's — Local services in Joshua

I visited this same Brookshires five years ago. Brookshire's Store #133 has changed for the worse. An employee took 20 minutes to find Red Bull. While the employee was gone, other employees allowed a child to run in the front of the store and down same drink aisle. No one corrected the mother. The only cashiers available were two ladies with disheveled hair. A female employee had blue and purple hair mixed with her disheveled hair. When she processed my order through the check out line, she allowed the groceries to pile up, and never called for help. There were three employees standing around. Finally, the same male employee who took twenty minutes to look for the Red Bull, put the groceries in the cart, and never bothered to help load the groceries. These employees represent the agreements between local farmers and dairies. I would cancel distribution agreements with Brookshires immediately based these employees' terrible customer service and disheveled appearances. I would also fire the district manager for allowing the store to go downhill so fast in five years. A call back wouldn't...

Was shopping today during the bad weather around 5 o’clock. Was not informed by a single person that the store was about to close. Was completely unaware of the early closing prior to coming in. They turned off the lights as I was shopping and one lady walked up and said “is there something I can find for you?” I said “no ma’am, is there a reason the lights are off?” She told me “they Are closed and weren’t allowed to announce over the intercoms because the manager wouldn’t allow it”. For one, you can say something to me before you start cutting off lights, especially when I can slip and fall on the floors cause of the snow outside.
