Sadly I have to leave an honest review bc customer service is huge for me as a loyal customer! Friendly staff of course but that doesn’t negate the facts! I came to this shop and bought their box of dutchess from their shelf, all packs are stale - instead of tossing almost $20 in cigars, I bring my receipt back and the same lady is here! She calls whoever she calls for them to tell me it’s a final safe, meanwhile this is on their front store shelf for people to buy! They can easily exchange but instead they lose a loyal customer!
