The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The service was excellent and the ambiance was family-friendly with extra rooms for large parties. The garlic-parmesan bread twists were phenomenal. The salad bar had a large variety of fresh fixings for everyone's taste. Of course, I also enjoyed the pizza...the crust was different from other pizzas; kind of like a thin crackery texture. The sauce was bold and flavorful and the type we got was a stuffed-crust bacon pepperoni. The total came to almost $60 for me and 3 kids but it was worth it. All in all, a nice dinner out.

We have been here since 8:50pm and it is now 10pm and the buffet has not come and our drinks never come. The service is terrible. We waited more than an hour to eat and the place is partially empty with approximately 25 people and it takes a long time to serve the food and the drinks have not come. This stinks. It is an ugly thing, to say the least.

First time for the lunch special $15+tax with drink all you can eat. Very good pizza and salad bar. The salad bar with getting the pizza is a bonus and bread sticks too. And dessert cinnamon sticks. Friendly employees. Must try! 😁

VERY POOR customer service! I wish I could give less than one star. I've lived in Riverside now for about a year and a half. During that year and a half I have ordered from this exact establishment numerous occasions. For superbowl, birthday's, and lazy nights like tonight when I didn't want to come home after working over 12 hrs and make dinner. I called and tried to order dinner for my family and I to be turned down because now all of a sudden I'm .09 miles away? I asked what happen with all the other times you delivered to me? "I guess they made an exception ". The kid says. I then asked if they could do it again since they delivered all the other times. The kid asked the manager on duty and , the manager on duty said that they would not do it. IM TRYING TO GIVE YOU MONEY!!!! YOU DELIVERED HERE BEFORE!!!!! MANY TIMES!!!!!!! What happened to the customer is always right??? Did we lose sense in customer service?? I will NEVER EVER give you money again. EVER!! GOING...

I know Round Table Pizza cost a bit more then others pizza places. I dont mind paying a little more to get higher quality food. I have been order pizza from Round Table for more then 20 years. They are always excellent I order at least once a month and have never been sent the wrong thing. It always just what I order no matter how many different items I ask for. I do use the coupon I get in the mail

Yes, very overpriced for the product. Very skimpy on toppings. One time I was given about 90 cents back in change in nickels because they had no quarters on hand inside the till. The employee who gave me the handful of nickels had so much grease and tomato sauce on his hands, it stuck to all the nickels he gave me. NEVER AGAIN! ............UPDATE............UPDATE...........ate here again in Feb., just like before, shorted me on toppings, the chick who made it heard me say something to the franchisee and she just shook her head. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Save your money, go to SHAKEY'S, much, much, much better than this rat trap...
