Living here has been very stressful! The homeless come and go as they please no manager around to ensure home owners safety, homeless steal your packages, bath in the front fountain, walk through drugged out looking to steal home owners stuff and cars! Manager and assistant far from professional, whole current staff has ran the park like a circus! Forbidding home owners to Park close to home, our lifted truck was stolen and finally found in scraps! Tow company drives around on holidays to tow your car on purpose so they make more money when they're closed, keyless entry to pool, laundry, gym, nd rec center were initiated only two control home owners use abusing the power of having access to disabling and enabling fob according to Management's approval of good tendency or bad tendency ; if you want to live in peace I suggest find a home elsewhere this would not be the place it's sad to see it go down the drain like this at first it was a place I wanted to be in but now I regret purchasing a home here one star rating is far-fetched this place deserves no...

Cindy Knudson (Aka Cynthia) the manager at Hometown America- Jurupa Hills Cascade is a thief! She stole our manufactured home that we paid off. It was paid in full, while we were paying space rent. Cindy mailed “fake delinquent unpaid rent charges” to deceased previous owners and was able to secure an ILLEGAL unlawful detainer. The unlawful detainer was paid off , we paid to the court of Riverside. Cindy was able to evict our family thru the sheriffs & sell our home at auction. The dept of real estate was unable to do anything due to statute of limitations. The police report was filed and nothing police can do. They said this was a civil matter. Lived here over 10 years. One of the worst places you can live. If you don't need to move here I wouldn't recommend to anyone. They shut off water and electricty multiple times a month without warning for emergencies but it's EVERY SINGLE MONTH multiple times a month year after year like clockwork. They don't communicate with anybody, they shut their phones off during these times and leave us in the dark. During business hours the staff is always on lunch or "showing" mobile homes to future tenants. I've moved 13 times before living here and this place is the worst.
